I have numerous pictures on my computer. Can I burn them all to 1 cd?

There is no way to tell. A CD holds 700 MB. That would be 700 1 MB pictures, 7000 100 KB pictures, or 70 10 MB pictures.

You can burn about 500-680 pictures per CD, depending on the file size of your pictures. A CD can hold up to 700MB. To find out what the file size is on all of your pictures, right click on the folder that has all of your pictures, then click properties. That will tell you the exact file size.
