Question by KM7: Additional equipment for the Canon XSi for professional photography?
I am just starting in photography. I currently have the Canon XSi and love it! Of course I have the standard 15-55mm lens as well as the 55-250mm lens. Of course I would love nothing more than to buy everything else I need at once, but that is too expensive. What lens would you recommend buying next? I mostly do child & family photography. I appreciate the help in advance!

Do not buy another EF-S lens, but stick to the full format lenses. If you think you are going to go pro one day, you will most likely get a full format camera and you don’t want to end up stuck with a lens that you can’t use any more.
