Over the last five years the price of digital SLRs have decreased considerably and the quality of the pictures has increased in the same proportion. Digital SLR camera photography takes your photos to the next level, beyond what you can do with a compact camera. It will provide you all you need to unleash your creativity and control the end results. While a SLR may increase the probability your photos are good it still depends on the person pushing the shutter button.

But any photograph is only as good as its composition, and a fancy camera won’t make a bad photograph good – but it might make it better looking.
