Would Photoshop MAGAZINE be good reading material to help me make the best of the Photoshop software as well as offer good tips on taking better pictures?

I like B&W magazine and others that focus on image content and the techniques for taking them are my favorite ones.
Photoshop is a different deal all together. Making better pictures has little to do with photoshop … It has all to do with your skills “taking” the photo. It takes a lot less time to take a really good shot, than to later spend hours, maybe days trying to “fix” mistakes made in the camera.
