Here in the Czech Republic, across the Atlantic, I could almost smell the enticing aroma of Thanksgiving turkeys this week. To give this Weekly News a bit of a multicultural twist, I took the photo below of a different meal being roasted in Ecuador – can you guess what she was cooking?
