Nikon just announced the first f/1.4 lens for the mirrorless Z system, the Nikon Z 35mm f/1.4. That’s the full name of this lens; there’s no “S” designation, which is a bit of a surprise. Another surprise is the price: At $ 600, it’s even cheaper than the f/1.8 version!

Everything comes to an end. After 17 days in the tropical Ecuadorian Andes, going from 300 meters to 4200 meters above sea level (660 to 13,800 feet), I am sitting in a gazebo in the middle of the Czech forest and writing these lines. 2. Get inspired + start taking pictures. Find a prompt on the shot list and photograph it with whatever camera you have with you. Whether it be with you DSLR or your phone camera, every shot counts. You can take as many photos as you’d like to capture a shot list item and your photos may each contain multiple shot list items.
3. Share your summer fun with us between June 20 – August 31, 2024.
