I wanna make picture tutorials using pictures? Whats the best way to do that? Is there a low cost way to do that?

The cheapest way is to uses Windows Movie Maker and you can select pictures from your “My Pictures” file. Then you could just use the generic “Record Audio” right off your computer, but it might pick up some background noise. Otherwise you could just look for cheap mics on the Internet.
But also if you have the game “Rock Band” you can just hook up the mic on the back of your computer tower and use that.
