You can use the lasso tool or another highlight tool on PS to highlight a
certain area you want to play around with the levels. Like
exposure/brightness etc.

@Niatuom, the quality of the photo would be much better if it were a
regular camera like a P&S or DSLR. However, you should submit some iPhone
pics to see if you can get them critiqued.
