Majority of the Speedlight adapters are cheaply made. How is the one you
used in this video? What’s the name of the company? It seems quite sturdy
compared to others I’ve seen.

speedlite mounted in a softbox if I don’t have a beauty dish? (2) What
shutter speed would you recommend for a shot like this?

any bowens type dishes and accesories can fit this type of adaptors.You can
use also bardoors reflectors snoots etc
the hardest thing to get is the glass box
