    @poisonblack83 His Polarizer and his Neutral Density filter will greatly
    darken the image, allowing him to slow the shutter down without
    overexposure. You can get a get 6-10 stop Neutral Density filter, which
    alone will let you take much longer shots without over exposing. Its a
    really handy picture for blurring water in bright situations.
