Question by A .: How do you take photos so the background is blurry like this?
Not just blurry, but so the light spots are circular and in dots if you get what I mean..
I use a Nikon D90 with the original lens which came with it. I tried changing the aperture but it doesn’t have any affect.
What camera settings do you need to use in order to take photos so the background is like that?

it is called BOKEH…
you have to have bright lights behind the subject and have a lens with a narrow DoF f/1.4-2.8
