Question by Katyy: How Can I Take Good Pictures of Dance Recitals / Competitions ?
My friend is a dancer, and she has quite a few dance competitions, I want to take pictures of her, but cannot use flash. And the professional pictures are a rip-off. Can you help me make my pictures look really good, with just a regular cell phone camera, or regular digital.. ?

I do regular digital photography and love to take pictures of movement. My suggestion is that if you have a sports setting on your digital, then put it on that. It doesn’t use flash and you can take multiple pictures in a few seconds. This can help when your friend is going to do some grand jetes Hope that helps.
