Question by AN: What Courses do I need to become a wildlife photographer?
I’ve already graduated from architecture and I’m interested in wildlife photography. I’ve never taken photography classes before so which courses do you think I should take?

All of the Wildlife Photographers I know have no qualification in Photography, they all have their degrees (and Masters and PHD) in the life sciences. Some have submitted portfolios to the Royal Photographic Society which have been accepted and they can put FRPS after their name, but that was after they were established.
For Wildlife Photography, the easy bit is the photography. The hard part is understanding your subject well enough so you can put yourself into the right photogenic situation.
The cheapest, and quickest way to learn Photography is to join a good club, there’s nothing to beat just going on a photo shoot with an experienced photographer, in six months you’ll be taking pictures like a pro.
