    The live view is showing the image at f/2.8 which is why the DOF looks so
    much shallower than the actual photos.

    Dear RC,
    You should check what is “focus breathing”, you didn’t necessarily moved
    your tripod…Focus breathing of your lens can cause framing variations.

    (Not trying to troll) Should have
    1) used a remote
    -reduce risk of camera moving from clicking shutter and shake especially
    with slow shutter speed
    2)manual focus
    -live view is weak with exception of 70D, but also going from near to far
    helps to avoid missing point
    3)could have been clearer that live view shows shallower depth of field
    because lens is wide open

    Liked the software portion though which is why I wanted to watch the video.
    Hoping it works with elements.
