I;m trying to get 3 images of myself in one shot playing my instruments,
every time and in every setting (dark, additive, etc) i always end up with
ghostly images and never solid images which is what i am after.
Any idea what i can do to get the shot with these 5dmk3 settings?

  2. Mychal Fisher says:

Just to clarify, you are doing work in post for the final composite images
shown correct? these are not raw composites from the camera.

  13. Miguel Gonçalves says:

Hello Sara, thx for the tutorial. It helped me a lot.
But, when you choose a previous image like you do with a portrait (1:50′)
there’s a message: “only compatible images displayed”. Is that image
already a previous multi-exposure? Because in my 5D3, single shots aren’t
allowed to be used with another images… just the previous multi-exposures
    i did before… :(

  17. Noelia Quirós says:

Sara, thanks a lot for the tutorial. I would like to ask you a question
about the process: You have to take a picture, the portrait before, over a
plain background, white or overexposed first if I did understand. Then you
take the second picure for the texture, but… The second picture has to be
well exposed, or underexposed..? I don’t get the way that the camera takes
part of one picture over the other…

This is a great way to do this, except I appear to be locked in at ISO 100
(on the mk III) for the second frame. Is anyone else having this issue or
    am I missing something?

Hey +Sara Byrne, does the 5D mk3 save double exposure images as RAWs or
